Terms and Conditions — SlotsPK18 Platform Rules & Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and slotspk18.app ("SlotsPK18", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the slotspk18 platform, including all games, betting markets, payment services and related features available at slotspk18.app.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature on slotspk18, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the slotspk18 platform.

SlotsPK18 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of slotspk18 after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

To register and use slotspk18, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by applicable law.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by slotspk18 or any regulatory body whose self-exclusion programme slotspk18 participates in.

When registering on slotspk18, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

One account per player. Each player is permitted to hold one slotspk18 account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or any other name — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, slotspk18 reserves the right to close all but the oldest verified account and forfeit any balances held in the duplicates.

Your slotspk18 account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to use your account, or use any other person's account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. SlotsPK18 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered mobile number. • You may not transfer your account or any balance within it to another person.
• You may not sell, trade or otherwise transfer access to your slotspk18 account.
• Accounts registered with false information will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited.
• SlotsPK18 reserves the right to close inactive accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for 24 consecutive months, following prior notice to the registered email or mobile number.

All financial transactions on slotspk18 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. SlotsPK18 charges zero platform fees on all deposits and withdrawals.

Deposits are credited to your slotspk18 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment network. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically instant. IBFT deposits may take between 15 minutes and one hour depending on your bank's processing speed. Minimum deposit is Rs 500 for most methods.

Withdrawals are processed automatically by slotspk18 upon submission of a valid withdrawal request from an eligible account. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete in approximately 15 minutes. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 2,000 for bank transfers and cards.

SlotsPK18 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds. Withdrawal requests that trigger verification may be held pending the outcome of that verification — this protects you as well as the platform. SlotsPK18 will communicate any such hold to you via your registered mobile number or email within one working hour.

• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they are credited to your slotspk18 wallet — please double-check all amounts before confirming.
• SlotsPK18 will not process withdrawal requests where the source of funds cannot be adequately verified.
• Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from slotspk18 operational funds.

All bets placed on slotspk18 — including PSL match betting, virtual sports, card game wagers and all other betting products — are governed by the specific rules for that product as well as the general betting rules set out in this section.

A bet is confirmed when slotspk18 issues a bet confirmation to the player. The details shown on that confirmation — selection, odds, stake and potential return — constitute the binding record of the bet. The minimum single-bet stake on slotspk18 is Rs 200. Maximum stakes vary by market type and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placing.

• Odds: All odds on slotspk18 are displayed in decimal format. The potential return shown includes your original stake. Final payout equals stake multiplied by decimal odds.
• In-play bets: Slotspk18 may delay or void in-play bets placed during a suspension of the relevant market. If a bet is voided, the stake is returned in full to your slotspk18 wallet.
• Abandoned events: If a PSL match or other event is abandoned before a valid result can be determined, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. In-play bets are settled according to the state of play at the time of abandonment, as detailed in the specific sport rules.
• Obvious errors: SlotsPK18 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds caused by technical or human error. We will notify affected players and refund stakes in full.
• Accumulators: If one leg of an accumulator is void, the bet continues as if that leg were not included. If all legs are settled as wins, the accumulator pays at the combined remaining odds.

SlotsPK18 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards and event-specific promotions during PSL season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are in addition to these general Terms.

General conditions that apply to all slotspk18 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per IP address.
• Bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• SlotsPK18 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through abuse of the promotions system — including creating multiple accounts, providing false information or coordinated bonus exploitation — will be forfeited and the accounts involved may be permanently closed.

The Refer a Friend programme on slotspk18 pays a PKR reward to the referring player when their referred friend completes the required qualifying deposit and wagering activity. • Creating accounts in false names or using stolen identity documents for registration or verification.

• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Operating multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy.

In cases where an account is closed due to verified fraud or serious breach of these Terms, slotspk18 reserves the right to forfeit the balance held in that account. In all other cases of account closure initiated by slotspk18, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your last used verified payment method after appropriate checks.

You may close your slotspk18 account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed normally following account closure unless the closure is related to a breach of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and your relationship with slotspk18 are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of slotspk18, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek resolution informally. SlotsPK18 is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly.

For bet settlement disputes, slotspk18 will review the relevant match data, official result and applicable betting rules within 5 working days of a formal dispute being raised. The outcome of that review is final and binding unless a clear error in the process can be demonstrated.
